Data Analyst
Education and experience :
- Graduation, which should include the study of mathematics/statistics/quantitative techniques & basic coding.
- 0-2 years in a role which demonstrates knowledge & application of listed skills
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
- Liaison between Program Management Office, Program teams and the Technology team
- Understand and translate the requirements of the Program operations for the Technology team & provide necessary inputs needed by the Technology team
- Identify & ensure capturing of relevant data critical for Program operations & other data points which can help generate useful insights for Strategic decision-making in the
organization - Streamline the processes to have single source of truth for data related to Programs by studying the database management system & make recommendations
- Assist in continuous Program monitoring by generating useful data visualizations
- Design & execute statistical/analytical studies & surveys as per requirements such as Root Cause Analyses, Impact assessments etc.
- Support process automation for GIS activities such as remote sensing data downloads, generating geo-location & index maps etc.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and comfort with an agile work environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and co-ordination skills
- Ability to communicate with clarity, especially with Senior Leadership
- Knowledge of data analysis & visualization tools such as Power BI, Zoho analytics, Tableau etc.
- Good understanding of Database management and query languages
- Knowledge of Decision sciences: Descriptive, Diagnostic and Prescriptive analytics
