- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Management
- 5+ years of relevant experience/ Entrepreneurship experience will be a plus. Program/Product management experience will also be considerers
- Graduate / Post graduate
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
- Manage incubation/acceleration programs for start-ups at various stages and sectors.
- Deliver cohort-based incubation/acceleration program content within the stipulated timeline.Select and monitor start-ups for funding and mentorship opportunities.
- Engage with start-up founders and build expertise in industry clusters.
- Connect start-ups with relevant resources/mentors and networks for market access and investment.
- Design and implement outreach efforts and events.
- Provide leadership to team members.
