Skills and Expertise: We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, hardworking Product Manager to join our Docketrun Team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Product Roadmap, negotiating requirements with customers and prioritizing product initiatives based on business goals
- Contributes to Product Strategy and KPI development, creating customer stories, defining acceptance criteria and using data-driven approaches to validate ongoing work post-launch of solutions
- Internal Subject Matter Expert of most relevant business areas
- Consistently stays in communication with customers, team members and cross functional peers, both verbally and in written format
- Presents product’s business goals and status in executive-level meetings
- May write, or collaborate on writing detailed documents (Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents and/or Specs) for all sizes of features
- Collaborates with Marketing on Go-To-Market and sustaining marketing activities as appropriate
- Leads small to medium projects individually without guidance
- Leads large projects with guidance from business leaders
- Identifies and drives improvements for the development process
- Assists with making build/buy/partner decisions, including developing the business case supporting those decisions
- Identifies business needs and appropriately introduces changes that improves top-line revenue
Candidate should be able to:
- Skills in data design, monitoring, analysis, tools
- Technical background a plus
- Examples of your previous successes in product management
- A good grasp on data and how to incorporate it into your decision-making
- A position on how to effectively and efficiently validate, test and ultimately bring a product to market successfully
- Amazing communication skills, oral, interpersonal and written
- Extensive experience working with Engineering and Growth teams
- Experience working in a startup and iterating
- Ability to write effective, clear customers stories and acceptance criteria
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Able to strategically interpret data and metrics and develop actionable recommendations
- Able to work in a organization and partner successfully with teams across the organization
- Able to network effectively and leverage internal and external resources
